-$500 non-refundable deposit to secure your retreat date.
(International Retreat Deposit: $1000)
-$1500 due 2 weeks before the retreat.
(International Retreat Cost: $3000)
-*Travel Expenses due 2 weeks before the retreat. (See Below)
*You provide travel, food, and stay (will stay at the retreat site with the other women on retreat nights).
-300 mile round trip: no rental car is needed, only gas and food.
-300-500 mile round trip: rental car, gas, food, and lodging.
-500+ mile round trip: flights, gas food, and lodging.
-All travel accommodations must be approved by Pastors’ Wives Tell All before booking.
Tips:
-Consider finding someone willing to give frequent flyer miles, etc. to cut the costs associated with travel.
-It is best to book flights 3 months in advance.
